This Nomination Form is only an indication of interest. Once this nomination is received, the nominated business/organization will be contacted and invited to complete the Nomination Package. Nominations must be received by the Chamber office by NOON Monday August 27. Completed Nomination Packages must be received by the Chamber office by NOON Friday September 7.

If a business has received an Award in the past, it is not eligible to receive the Award again. A listing of the previous Award winners to follow.

AWARD OF EXCELLENCE

Designed to recognize pioneer and cornerstone business leaders who have demonstrated excellence over time and whose business has contributed to the economic well being of Yorkton and immediate area. The business must have been in continuous operation for at least 15 years (but is not required to be currently operating to be eligible). An individual who has owned and operated several businesses over a minimum of 15 consecutive years will also be eligible. Names of the recipients will be recognized on the Wall of Success. Once an individual or business has received this honour the individual or business is not eligible to for nomination in this category in subsequent years.
